Eliane Geren
Eliane finds great fulfillment in helping people discover tools which they can use to live a richer life. Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a process which has proven to be essential in the pursuit of this passion.
Since May 2000, she has attended over 714 workshop hours on the various aspects of Nonviolent Communication. Many of these hours have been with Marshall Rosenberg, who developed the NVC process. She’s a Certified Trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication.

Since 2003, I’ve held NVC training sessions, twice a month, at the Middlesex County Corrections Center in North Brunswick, NJ.
Eliane is a native of Belgium, speak French, and intermediate Spanish.

When a friend asked me about my view of the differences between NVC and Buddhism, I told him that in my experience Buddhism tells me “what” and NVC tells me “how.”

Donna is a Career Transition Coach. She has over 20 years of experience in the corporatex world, first as a consultant then as the owner/recruiting director of a technical communications staffing firm. Donna currently works with clients transitioning to new careers. She connects people with their passion, purpose, values, and other critical aspects of their ideal work. NVC is a critical part of her coaching practice as it helps her clients take care of themselves during career transitions by connecting them with their feeling and needs.
Donna has studied both Tibetan and Insight (Vipassana) Meditation Buddhism for over 20 years. Practicing NVC is one of her ways of bringing “meditation into action”!

Jane has been in private practice as a nurse therapist and stress management counselor since 1986. She has studied Buddhist Insight (Vipassana) Meditation since 1981 and is interested in the connections between NVC and Meditation.
